| Well yeah, I've been meaning to do this for a while, but never got around it. And since we seem to be in an update-frenzy at the moment, I figure why not?

So, I humbly present you the typical result of a Chat-session between us: a crossover between NCIS and the X-Verse. It isn't a cohesive story yet, more a collection of scenes loosely set in this universe.

Sooo... following up this post by mistressminako I've been doodling around in one of my lectures again, 'cause the friggin image just wouldn't leave my head. So I proudly present you

Sorry it's just a ten minutes doodle without proper lining and all that stuff - again. I didn't even have a desk OR a chair to sit on, just a clipboard to draw and write. Sheesh, one day the prof should notice by now that 120 students just *don't* fit into a 50 people room. XD

| I started watching NBC's Heroes last week and fell in love with it - so far. It looks damn promising. ^^ Never mind that I have to get the eps from the internet - it'll take at least another year if the series is shown here at all. Plus, who knows what the DUB would be like...

| What the heck is the 'Spirit-AU', you ask?
Good question, really. Cause I haven't told anybody about that weird stuff yet, except the two people that had to suffer from my dream-induced idea-bounce. *g*
I could say it's mostly YuGiOh! with tad bits from Avatar: The Last Airbender but that would probably scare everyone off and doesn't do it justice at all.
Also, I'm still working on it, plotting and figuring out the dynamics and stuff and everything. I seriously have no idea where it'll lead me to yet.
However, I was kinda bored and did a few sketches to help me focus on the topic at hand. My dads' scanner still sucks but some of you might enjoy it, so there. gimme some concrit, pleeeaaaase?
It's Yuugi, reigning the element of wind, Honda and Earth, Jounouchi with Fire, all of them with their 'Spirits/Spirit-Animals' (or whatever I'll come up with to describe the little crippers in the future)

She talked to me about the nifty cracky and absolutely hilarious series she's got planned out.
Involving Mokuba, Jou and Yuugi in a lab accident.
Looks as if Goza-bastard's mad scientistsTM had their hands on human engineering and such. So when our three heroes stumble upon an old and closed down part of a factory they somehow reactivate the system by accident, get zapped (or whatever, she hasn't planned that out completly yet) and end up as... females.
Yeah, sounds like an overdone plot, but with her on the reigns I think it might actually turn out great. Bin's prone to good, lenghty-fic crack with a solid plot. (*omgpraise*)
However, what follows is a funny hide-and-seekplay, 'cause Mokuba wasn't actually *allowed* to go there in the first place, Yuugi's Anzus boyfriend and Jou... well, he was expecting Shizuka spending the holidays with him. Yeah.
So our heroines try to cover while looking for a cure. Mwahaha, Jou's cleavage is damn hard to hide, it's bigger than average. Wonder what Mai would say?
Uh, before I go ahead and spoil more, here be a pic - wheter it comes to be part of the canon or not isn't decided yet, but you sure should close the door when going to the baths at Kaiba-mansion...

| Ou Hisashi buri~ii ^^
Hey peeps!
I got my scanner to work again between all the work I've been doing lately. (and there's a stack of pictures waiting for scanning, too. Oops.) Sorry for all the delay, I know Mea, Bin and a few other people are waiting for their stuff (will hopefully get around to it by Thursday night. Before, I've got a lecture to hold XD)
Well, whatever. My youngest cousins' birthday was on Saturday (now a proud eight years old. Duh) and I got to sketch some stuff while trying to avoid boredom. Had to drive grandma there, after all. So, out of my sketchbook I present YuGiOh! rena-style, 'cause it was something to do and a lot of fun. I normally try to stick as close to the 'canon' drawing as possible with the big works, but this... is different.
Initially I only wanted to do Yami and Yuugi who bloody came out looking like a girl, heh but then the thing mutated to include the Kaiba-brothers, friends-squad and a random villain appearance. And yes, it was Mokuba who ordered the Jou-puppy on eBaaay, eh, Bin?! ^___^ in case you can't read my tiny scribble of dumb comments.
Then, the Monsters decided to kick in. Chaos ensued. And I seriously don't know where Siegfried came from. -___-*
The whole thing took me about an hour (with interruptions due to CAKE *yumyum*), pencil to paper. And I'm no good at shading with 0.5 mines. Sorry.

| Hey! I read a funny and fluffy YuGiOh! AU fanfic the other day. And since I liked it so much and got really inspired, I ended up swinging my pencil and doing fanart for it... I actually want to colour it sometime, but I'm really busy right now. *le sigh*
But first, credits.
Princess Nefertari AKA Krysta is the author of Moonlit Water, the fic in question. It's about a certain merman meeting a certain human, involving lots of romance, fluff, humour and general cuteness all wrapped in a nii~iice plot. Oops, that sounds like shameless pimping Anyway, the pic is dedicated to her for writing such an awesome story that kept me hooked up to now - and definitely will to the end.
The pic contains mayor spoilers for chapter 52, btw. I'm not feeling responsible if you're going to look anyway. XP
